2. When I start taking Creatine, can I take proteins (Laktofit 70 Super Protein) and Pangamin with it?

Yes Yes Yes. In fact, it is almost a condition, because if you take Creatine, then it is for the purpose of building new muscles and you need a lot of protein (that’s why it is NECESSARY to have a great normal meal and add concentrated proteins) and all other nutrients in the form of minerals and vitamins, where Pangamin is also ideal.

3. How many times a day do I have to exercise. According to your texts, I understood that once a day for about 40 – 60 minutes (effectively). And do you mind that I exercise, for example, twice a day for 30 minutes?

For starters, train three to four times a week, always no longer than 60 minutes. If you are limited in time at school, then give one muscle part in the morning and one completely different one in the evening, ie. thighs in the morning and biceps in the evening, for example.

4. Can I damage my spine with any exercise? (even if I do the exercise correctly)

Not only the spine: o) If the bench barbell falls on your neck, it won’t do much to your spine, but it could easily be your last workout. But this is a bit extreme, you are probably more interested in such exercises as squats or deadlifts. You write that you are 17 and it is high time to squat, but it is necessary to watch the right technique, with which your school teacher could help you. A deadlift can hurt you a lot if done incorrectly, but with good technique it is an invaluable helper and you should definitely not avoid it, but again a perfect technique is necessary, because if the boys round their backs, for example, very much, then they are explicitly caroling about the unfortunate.

5. What happens when I take Creatine and strengthen, gain mass, etc. and then, after 5 years of daily strengthening, I stop for good? Can I have health problems or difficulty moving?

Creatine has absolutely no effect on this. But the thing with training is a little different. I know several athletes (and now I’m talking mainly about athletes) who, after many years of peak training, suddenly stopped, mostly involuntarily (personal or health problems). Then they suddenly began to show problems such as joint pain (in cases I know personally were mainly knees or shoulders) and the like. The doctor’s advice was always the only one, and that was to return to sports, even if only in fitness form … And suddenly all the problems were gone. However, this is not your case, because I am now talking about two top athletes who really lived their sport. On the other hand, I doubt that after five years of training you would suddenly distance yourself completely from sports … So my final answer is yes,

6. Can I use Pangamin Bifi in combination with normal Pangamin (I mean 2 Bifi and 2 normal, for example)?
