Beginner in the gym – Training goals, girls

Before you step into the gym for the first time, you should be clear on one question: What is your goal? Lose weight? To gain weight? It can be gaining muscle mass, fat loss, overall improvement of physical condition or just getting a good feeling from training. Likewise, your ambitions can be much higher and you want to attack on the competition boards. But here is one pitfall that is why I am writing this whole paragraph. If you want to remain a natural bodybuilder, ie. you do not want to use banned substances (anabolic steroids, diuretics, etc.), then you have no chance of success in competitions! If you have absolutely excellent genetics and you work like crazy, then you can succeed in local competitions. Not anywhere higher but without doping. This is not a figment of my imagination, this is a simple fact. That’s the way it is at the moment, and I don’t have to talk about bodybuilding.

But in no case be discouraged by this sad statement. Even without the use of prohibited means, you have a chance to get a great character! It will only be a little slower. I know a lot of guys (and even girls) who look much better than some “sprinklers” without using banned substances. It is not an art to buy a few ampoules of sustanon after a year of exercise and start gaining mass in bulk. Every oven can do that. The art is to train honestly for five or six years and to take everything you can in a clean, natural way. And it is not until you reach the limits of your genetic predisposition that it is time to ask another question: Is this great figure enough that half the gym envies me? Is my arm 44cm enough? Is 150kg enough for me on a bench-press? If you answer YES, then continue your current training with a clear conscience. The increments will start to be lower and lower, but you still have a great character and the feeling that you are not doing anything illegal. If you answer NO, then this is your opinion and it is time to start educating in the field of “illicit” substances.

So what can be achieved in kind? I once read an article with which I can now more than agree after a few years. “If you naturally get (drawn) arms 40cm, it’s great. If you get 42cm, it’s unbeatable. If 44cm, you’re absolutely on the verge of human possibilities!” I know everything is strictly individual and it makes a difference whether you measure 160 or 190 cm, but as general guidelines, these numbers seem correct to me. Likewise, in terms of performance in the bench-press mentioned several times: 130kg great, 150kg unbeatable, 170 … If you do 170kg on a bench-press and you are natural, then be sure to write to me, because I have never seen anyone like that in my life!

12 упражнений с собственным весом, которые помогут накачать мышцы

In the previous lines, I spoke only of men and more or less intentionally left out girls. They usually do not come to the gym with the aim of having perfectly drawn 33 cm arms or cut-out shoulders. Their goals tend to be much more modest. A firm butt, a narrower waist, maybe a piece of abdominal muscle could be seen. In any case, do not gain an extra kilo, regardless of whether it was a kilo of fat or a kilo of muscle mass. I know that this article will definitely not change their perspective, but gentlemen, have you ever seen “something” more attractive than a girl whose transition between the shoulders and arms is not flooded with a layer of fat? A girl for whom you at least hint that she also has bricks on her belly and not just a flat tire? A girl who has a beautifully firm ass, which does not knock at every step like a balloon inflated with water? After all, wearing a little strong muscles has a huge number of advantages for a girl. The biggest one is probably that every new gram of muscle mass has its energy requirements. Generally speaking, the more muscle you have in your body, the more energy you need, and if you sin at times from time to time, the more you can burn these transgressions in the blink of an eye! Of course, I’m not talking about the extremes presented by professional bodybuilders, but rather about the sexy fitness figure of a competitor at the local level. It is definitely not possible among us, even with girls, without the use of doping. the more you can burn these transgressions without blinking an eye! Of course, I’m not talking about the extremes presented by professional bodybuilders, but rather about the sexy fitness figure of a competitor at the local level. It is definitely not possible among us, even with girls, without the use of doping. the more you can burn these transgressions without blinking an eye! Of course, I’m not talking about the extremes presented by professional bodybuilders, but rather about the sexy fitness figure of a competitor at the local level. It is definitely not possible among us, even with girls, without the use of doping.

At the end of this article, I would like to mention one more important thing that you should have “behind” you before entering the gym. It’s a visit to your doctor. You should confide in this with your desire to start going to the gym, and he should perform the necessary tests if he is an expert in his field. But finding a doctor who will suit the athlete is not easy at all. I have met those who have not seen the difference between Creatine, a common and legal substance, and anabolic steroids. They threw everything in one bag and looked at me like the biggest renegade. On the other hand, after a while of searching, you may find that you really come across a person who knows what they are talking about. My former doctor once worked for the Czech top skiers, so consulting with him was a pleasure. But now I needed a new doctor in Prague and I came across an excellent doctor who, when looking at me at first, was horrified by how many steroids I take, but after perhaps more than an hour of discussion I completely changed my opinion about her, because about the substances used in sports she was really in the picture. On my first visit, I spent almost two hours with her, which was partly due to the fact that it was already afternoon and she had “nothing to stab”, but most of all it meant that she didn’t have the flaps on her eyes like many, many other doctors, who have “no pair” about the differences between athletes and the general population! because it was really in the picture about the substances used in sport. On my first visit, I spent almost two hours with her, which was partly due to the fact that it was already afternoon and she had “nothing to stab”, but most of all it meant that she didn’t have the flaps on her eyes like many, many other doctors, who have “no pair” about the differences between athletes and the general population!
